Life can be tough, full of confusion, trials, and pain. Sometimes we don't know what to do, or even how to act, in response to certain trials or situations were put in. But does that mean we give up? I have learned that God allows trials in our lives to grow us closer to Him. And better form who we are in Christ. Years ago i became sick, I still am. Doctors still are struggling to pin point the root to all my problems and symptoms. I always wanted God to take my pain away. To heal me overnight; but obviously that was not what God had for my life, and i had to learn (and still am learning) to WAIT UPON THE LORD. Be patient, and wait. The Lord has a plan for all of our lives, he knows what he's doing. So i need to be patient, trust his plan, and WAIT. Wait in faith and surrender my want to be in control, and give it to God. HE KNOWS BEST. always. I need to start letting God write my story, and i need to stop taking the pen. God will write a better story for my life then me. I need to trust him. Life goes so much better when our trust is in God with complete surrender of our lives and circumstances. Be patient, and WAIT UPON THE LORD.

Hello, Katrina, I will enjoy reading your blog. since we don't see you guys much, I'll get to know you better thru your blog!! One of my dear friends reminds me when I try to get "ahead" of the Lord ~ "The Lord is seldom early, but HE is NEVER late" My "human" nature wants to run ahead of the Lord and take control...something that the Lord wants us to surrender to HIM and to HIM only. I will be praying for you. Stay strong in the Lord!!
